Penyidik pada Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Selatan telah menetapkan tersangka dan melakukan penahanan terhadap IAS mantan Direktur Utama PT Tani Group Indonesia (TaniHub) satu dari tiga orang dalam kasus dugaan korupsi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) pengelolaan dana investasi oleh PT Metra Digital Investama (MDI Ventures) pada PT Tani Group Indonesia (TaniHub) beserta afiliasinya periode 2019–2023. Jakarta (ANTARA) – Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Selatan menetapkan tiga tersangka terkait dugaan korupsi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang pengelolaan dana investasi oleh PT Metra Digital Investama (MDI Ventures) pada PT Tani Group Indonesia (TaniHub) beserta afiliasinya periode 2019-2023.

"Tiga orang itu atas nama NW selaku CEO BRI Ventures, WG (mantan VP Investasi BRI Ventures) dan AAH selaku VP Of Investment MDI Venture 2021 (MDI Venture)," kata Kepala Seksi Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Jakarta Selatan, Suyanto Reksa Sumarta kepada wartawan di Jakarta, Kamis.

Suyanto mengatakan penahanan dimulai pada 3-22 September 2025. NW dan AAH ditahan di Rutan Cipinang, sedangkan WG di Rutan Lapas Cipinang, Jakarta Timur (Jaktim).

Penahanan ini dilakukan terkait pengembangan perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) dengan total pencairan investasi sebesar 25 juta dolar AS.

Adapun peran ketiga tersangka, yakni NW adalah sebagai pihak yang memutuskan investasi secara melawan hukum dari BRI Venture kepada Tanihub sebesar 5 juta dolar AS.

Sedangkan WG sebagai tim investasi yang melakukan analisis atas proposal investasi dari BRI Venture. Kemudian, AAH selaku VP Of Investment MDI Venture 2021 melakukan analisis atas rencana investasi PT MDI ke Tanihub Group.

Dalam pengembangan perkara ini, penyidik telah melakukan penyitaan beberapa bukti elektronik berupa telepon seluler serta melakukan penyitaan aset sebanyak empat bidang tanah yang tersebar di Jabodetabek dan Bandung.

Kemudian, memeriksa lebih dari 50 saksi serta memeriksa ahli dan dilakukan beberapa kegiatan untuk mencari dan menemukan bukti-bukti tambahan atas perkara tersebut. Selain itu juga terus dilakukan pelacakan aset ke pihak-pihak terkait.

Sebelumnya, penyidik Kejari Jakarta Selatan telah menetapkan tersangka dan melakukan penahanan terhadap tiga orang atas nama DSW selaku Direktur PT MDI (MDI Venture), IAS selaku mantan Direktur Utama PT TGI, ETPLT selaku mantan Direktur PT TGI pada Senin (28/7).
